Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. Announces Private Placement

Toronto, Ontario, October 13, 2020 – Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. (TSXV: PTU) (“Purepoint” or the “Company”) announced a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of up to 10,000,000 Units at a price of $0.05 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles its holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.08 per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

Closing expected to be on or about October 23, 2020. The net proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for working capital purposes.
