IsoEnergy Ltd.

IsoEnergy is a leading, globally diversified uranium company with substantial current and historical mineral resources in top uranium mining jurisdiction of Canada, the US and Australia at varying stages of development, providing near-, medium- and long-term leverage to rising uranium prices. 

 

IsoEnergy is currently advancing its Larocque East project in Canada’s Athabasca Basin, which is home to the Hurricane deposit, boasting the world’s highest-grade indicated uranium mineral resource (visit IsoEnergy website for more information). 

 

IsoEnergy also holds a portfolio of permitted past-producing, conventional uranium and vanadium mines in Utah with a toll milling arrangement in place with Energy Fuels. These mines are currently on standby, ready for rapid restart as market conditions permit, positioning IsoEnergy as a near-term uranium producer.

Foran Mining

Foran Mining is a copper-zinc-gold-silver exploration and development company, committed to supporting a greener future and, empowering communities while creating value for shareholders. The McIlvenna Bay project comprises the infrastructure and works related to development activities of the Company, and hosts the McIlvenna Bay Deposit and Tesla Zone. The Company also owns the Bigstone Deposit, a resource-development stage deposit located 25 km southwest of the McIlvenna Bay Property. 

 

The McIlvenna Bay Project sits just 65 km from the Flin Flon, Manitoba, and is part of the world class Flin Flon Greenstone Belt that extends from Snow Lake, Manitoba, through Flin Flon to Foran’s ground in eastern Saskatchewan, a distance of over 225 km. 

 

The McIllvena Bay Deposit is the largest undeveloped VHMS deposit in the region, with a NI 43-101 compliance 2025 technical report of 38.6 Mt grading 2.02% CuEq in the Indicated category and an additional 4.5 Mt grading 1.71% in the inferred category (visit Foran website to see the technical report).

Hook Lake Project

JV with Cameco & Orano

The Hook Lake JV project resides in the southwestern sector of the Athabasca Basin, positioned roughly 75 kilometres south-southeast of Orano Canada Inc.’s previous Cluff Lake mine. It lies directly north of, and aligns with, notable uranium discoveries such as Paladin’s Triple R deposit and NexGen’s Arrow deposit. 

 

It comprises nine mineral claims spanning 28,598 hectares. Ownership of the project is divided among Cameco Corp. (39.5%), Orano Canada Inc. (39.5%), and Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. (21%), with Purepoint serving as the project operator since 2007.

Smart Lake Project

JV with Cameco

The Smart Lake project is situated in the southwestern quadrant of the Athabasca Basin and is located approximately 18 km west-northwest of the Hook Lake Project and 60 km south-southwest of the Orano Canada Inc.’s former Cluff Lake mine. 

 

 It covers 9,800 hectares (ha) and consists of two mineral claims. Current ownership of the project is Cameco Corp. (73%) and Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. (27%) with Purepoint being the project operator since 2007.

Dorado Project

JV with IsoEnergy

The 50% – 50% Dorado Project Joint Venture was established in October 2024 and brings together a complementary portfolio of highly prospective properties strategically positioned along the Larocque Trend, a region renowned for high-grade uranium discoveries such as IsoEnergy’s Hurricane Deposit.

 

It covers 38,810 hectares (ha) and consists of 71 mineral claims. Subject to the terms of the Joint Venture agreement, Purepoint will serve as operator during the exploration phase, while IsoEnergy will assume operational control as the projects advance to pre-development stages.

Aurora Project

The 50% – 50% Aurora Project Joint Venture was established in October 2024 and brings together a complementary portfolio of highly prospective properties strategically positioned east of Dorado Project in the eastern edge of the  Athabasca Basin, close to several uranium deposits including Orano’s mined-out JEB deposit and Cameco’s Eagle Point deposit. 

 

It covers 53,041 hectares (ha) and consists of 45 mineral claims. Subject to the terms of the Joint Venture agreement, Purepoint will serve as operator during the exploration phase, while IsoEnergy will assume operational control as the projects advance to pre-development stages.

Celeste Block Project

The 50% – 50% Aurora Project Joint Venture was established in October 2024 and brings together a complementary portfolio of highly prospective properties strategically positioned south of the Larocque Trend, a region renowned for high-grade uranium discoveries such as IsoEnergy’s Hurricane Deposit.

 

It covers 6,539 hectares (ha) and consists of 9 mineral claims. Subject to the terms of the Joint Venture agreement, Purepoint will serve as operator during the exploration phase, while IsoEnergy will assume operational control as the projects advance to pre-development stages.

Denare West Project

Optioned to Foran Mining

The Denare West Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) project is located in east-central Saskatchewan, roughly 55 kilometres west-southwest of Flin Flon, Manitoba.

 

The project is comprised of 10 claims covering an area of 21,066 hectares int he Hanson Lake Area positioned strategically adjacent to and on trend with Foran Mining’s McIlvenna Bay project, that is currently optioned to Foran Mining. 

 

Foran can earn up to 100% of the project by spending $6 million in exploration by 2029 and paying Purepoint $10 million plus 2% NSR in three phases.
