Toronto, Ontario – January 27, 2015 – Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX:PTU.V) announces the resignation of Mr. James Doak as a director of the Company and Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee. The Board of Directors would like to extend their appreciation to Mr. Doak for his contributions to the Company since its inception and wish him success in his future endeavors.
